We are currently seeking a friendly and experienced Phlebotomist to work in our Huntington Beach location and/or client offices. In this role you will provide exceptional client / patient services, perform skilled specimen collections and establish the tone of compassion and excellence of our company. In addition, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth and training within the organization.

Job Duties/Responsibilities
· Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups

· Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity, genetic, covid and blood wellness tests, etc.

· Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner

· Process billing information and collect payments when required

· Prepare all collected specimens for testing and shipping

· Maintain patient and specimen information logs

· Provide superior client service with excellent communication to all patients

· Administrative and clerical duties as necessary

· Travel to additional sites when needed

Requirements

· A Current and VALID State Phlebotomy Licensure is required

· 2+ years of VERIFIABLE previous experience as an on-site, independently responsible phlebotomist. No exceptions

· Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service

· Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

· Ability to work independently or in a team environment

· Comfortable working under minimal supervision

· Reliable transportation and clean driving record, is preferred

· Flexibility to work various hours and overtime as needed, Full to Part Time

· Able to pass a standardized color blindness test, drug screen and background check’
