Credentialed health care professionals receive push notifications about available shifts and can choose to work what shifts they want, along with setting their own hourly wage per shift.

Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Active Tennessee License: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Medication Aide (MA)
- Own a smartphone that is Android or Apple app compatible
- Provide documentation of a valid ID and Social Security Number; Negative TB Test (in past 12 months) & 2 Professional Reference Emails
- Have a clear criminal background check per MyShyft standard
