The opening of Registered Nurse-Infusion in Morgantown, WV has the Night shift availability. The shift will be of 12 hours, 3 days.
The job requires, BLS certified from AHA and Co-vid Vaccination Card.
Recent 2* years experience is preferred as Registered Nurse-Infusion.*
Responsibilities for this job are:
- Provide the majority, if not all of the direct care for all specifically assigned patients including initiation and maintenance of all communications with appropriate care team members including pharmacists, physicians, dieticians, home patient representatives, and any appropriate community resource staff members.
- Evaluate and educate patient/care partner to safely administer the home infusion therapy and provide additional instruction as indicated.
- Evaluate the home environment where the care is to be provided and identify interventions that may be required to render the home care environment safe and appropriate for the prescribed care.
- Develop, in conjunction with other clinical team members, each patient’s Care Map and evaluate the patient’s response to therapy during each home visit or encounter.
- Appropriately discharge primary patients and complete discharge summary within 7 days of discharge.
