IMAC Regeneration Center is currently seeking a full-time position for a Business Unit Leader/Clinic Manager. The ideal candidate would have a good grasp on sales and production, knowing how to incorporate both into day-to-day operations within our local clinics. Working and motivating the team are highly valued and a must in order to achieve team collaboration and success. A background in healthcare is preferred.
IMAC Regeneration Centers operate multi-specialty clinics in Kentucky, Missouri, Illinois, Florida, Louisiana and Tennessee combining the expertise of medical doctors, chiropractors, and physical and occupational therapists.
The ideal candidate will:
· Be balanced in high vision and passion for patient care, coupled with logistics to move the team to achieve weekly goals.
· Have a sincere drive to better the lives of our patients and work well in a high paced team environment.
· Strive to aggressively collaborate with the team to enhance performance and patient outcomes.
