Director of Nursing – St. Catherine South – Fargo, ND

We are seeking applicants with problem solving abilities, mentoring and leadership skills. Applicants must value teamwork, be willing to develop multiple skills and perform a variety of tasks.

Job duties:

Coordinating the overall clinical care of the resident care plan, facility polices and professional standards.

Providing direction to the Nurse Managers, Staff Nurses, and CNAs to assure resident care is managed in accordance with CMS regulations.

Participate in Safety and Infection Control programs for protection of staff and residents.

Participate in facility and department Quality programs for compliance, SMP quality of care indicators, and positive resident outcomes and satisfaction.

Long Term Care experience is beneficial but not necessary. Applicant must have a current RN license in the State of North Dakota. We offer an excellent salary and benefit package with individualized orientation. This is a salaried (Exempt) position.
