We’re looking for someone to join our team as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who provides therapy services to clients, focusing specifically on the relational and interpersonal dynamics within families, marriages, and couples and works collaboratively with staff involved in the care and treatment of clients.
The Marriage and Family Therapist’s responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy
- Actively participate in the multi-disciplinary team process by providing and sharing with the Program Director and other team members information that contributes to/positively impacts the overall plan of treatment for the client and family
Required:
- Current license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences required
- Masters Degree required
- Experience dealing with clients and documentation in a hospital, substance abuse treatment facility, and or mental health facility preferred
