ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a purpose-driven team member dedicated to providing quality care to patients in a safe and professional environment. The Clinical RN role is a nurse with less than 1 year of dialysis experience; who will quickly develop into a Staff RN, leading the treatment floor, overseeing patient care, directing dialysis technicians and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team and physicians. The role is dedicated to serving the patients and the team with a positive attitude and strong collaboration.

Clinical RNs are eager to learn, are natural problem solvers and appreciate team collaboration. This role works closely with the interdisciplinary team to provide education to staff and patients. The Clinical RN sees the whole picture of kidney care and supports patients in accessing the best treatment option for their kidney disease.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent, BSN preferred

Experience: One (1) year general Registered Nurse (RN) experience

License/Certifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice; current CPR certification
