Position Summary

We’re looking for a Clinic Admin to take samples and check them in daily, enter data accurately, and track samples. To assure proper documentation and notification to supervisor, project managers, and clients. To provide clerical and administrative support to the department.
This position begins as part-time, with the potential to become full-time after completing your first 3 months of employment.
How You Will Contribute

Support team by providing timely and quality solutions to clinic requests and be the primary contact for any clinic issues

Sample collection/swabbing for walk-in and scheduled appointments

Collaborate with Operations Manager and other admins for requests and timely resolution of cases

To work with clinic admins on planning all clinic maintenance activities (such as WPR maintenance, clinic shutdown etc) that impacts the team and ensure any risk is mitigated

To manage the clinic inventory and ensure optimal use of devices/resources

Track and manage clinic assets ownership and communicate any non-compliance items

To provide timely support for any movements of assets/devices from their allocated racks

Help the team with equipment ordering, tracking, receiving and delivery

To ensure compliance and adherence to the defined lab/clinic processes and guidelines

Ensure adherence to policies, training ,tools and methodologies related to clinic operations and proactively help adopt best practices

Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 1 to 2 year) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience.
Note

This position requires sustained work in a clinic that will be taking and collecting samples for COVID-19 testing, as well as STI testing.

The company has implemented appropriate precautionary measures where necessary.
