As a Counselor, you will support hardworking individuals and their families dealing with various issues, from workplace stress to family problems and mental health concerns. This is an opportunity to positively impact people’s lives while working from home in a collaborative environment.

What You Will Do:

Provide therapy sessions by phone or video

Assess clients for suitability for short-term counseling

Collaborative in developing clear and concise treatment plans for clients

Provide clear clinical documentation in our platform

Assessing and managing high-risk calls and working closely with individuals at risk.

Initiate counseling and outpatient referrals

What You Will Have:

Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or Marriage or Family Counseling, or related field

Active LCSW license in New York State

Computer proficiency, solid typing skills

Background working with various age groups

Crisis management experience
NPI Number

This is a remote position. We are a distributed team.

Compensation starts at $40 hr, but is dependent on employment status (W2/Independent contractor) and part-time/full-time availability. It’s also based on years of experience. Based on those factors the range can be from $40-65hr.
