Advantage Agency seeking Case Manager to provide case management services to clients in the Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. Social services background a plus.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor Degree or have RN or LPN license. Must be able to attend 1 week training to be certified (if not already certified). Training is virtual til further notice. Must be motivated, organized, compassionate about helping others and detail oriented. Computer skills a must. Experience with Harmony software a plus.
Competitive compensation including auto reimbursement for home visits.
