QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications for All Nursing positions
- Graduate of state-approved school with course in pharmacology
- Current license in the State of Pennsylvania
- Minimum of two [2] years experience in patient care
- Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license with required insurance coverage limits.
Psych Nurse Qualifications
- Registered professional nurse with a current valid Pennsylvania license. and has special training and/or experience beyond the standard curriculum required for a registered nurse
- Registered Nurse with Master’s degree in psychiatric or mental health nursing
- Nursing experience within the last 3 years in an acute treatment unit in a psychiatric hospital, psychiatric home care, a psychiatric partial hospitalization program or another
- Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Nursing experience within the last 3 years, in an acute treatment unit is an psychiatric hospital, psychiatric home care, psychiatric partial hospitalization program or other out-patient psychiatric service
- Registered Nurse with a diploma or an Associate degree in nursing
- Two years of recent nursing experience within the last 3 years in an acute treatment unit in a psychiatric hospital, psychiatric home care, psychiatric partial hospitalization program or another out-patient psychiatric service
