Other essential duties and responsibilities of a RNs include:
- Coordinates total patient care by: conducting comprehensive and psychosocial evaluation, monitoring patient condition, promoting sound preventive practices.
- Perform admission, transfer, re-certification, resumption of care and discharge OASIS for patient.
- Consult with physician regarding patient care plan.
- Complete nurses’ notes
- Obtain orders
- Review’s patients’ chart for completion
- Participate in patients discharge planning.

· Pass a background screening
· Valid Florida RN License
· Oasis experience
