RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary role of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse is to provide superior nursing care, to enable our residents to live full and active lives with in a secure, hospitable and faith-filled environment. The licensed nurse provides direct care for residents and also supervises the CNA/CMA staff for skilled nursing, assisted living, memory support or sub-acute rehabilitation neighborhoods.
****Hiring bonus to be paid over 6 months of employment with attendance and performance requirements.
***$25.00 hourly minimum for LPN
***$29.00 hourly minimum for RN
Hourly rate based upon relevant experience. Senior living experience is preferred.
**$3.00 per hour weekend premium
**$2.00 per hour evening shift premium (Monday – Friday)
**Part-time and full-time associates are eligible for paid time off based upon hours worked.
**Full-time associates are eligible for health, dental, vision and life insurances and retirement benefits.
***Santa Marta offers full coverage health insurance to full-time associates at great rates. You may save $1400 – $4800 annually depending upon your coverage since Santa Marta pays 80% of the total health insurance premium. FYI – Many companies may pay only 50% – 60% of the total premium.
++Current Kansas nursing license required.
++At least one year of senior living nursing experience preferred.
Drug and background checks are required upon employment offer.
