Client Care Coordinator – First Onsite – Jacksonville, FL

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR

As a Client Care Coordinator you are responsible for booking customer calls for service appointments, ensuring the collection of accurate information about the customer situation, and passing it to our sales team in a timely manner. As an ideal candidate, you will have experience providing excellent customer service, with the ability to adapt to change quickly and be flexible with work hours. We are a 7-day-a-week operation, including evenings, so flexibility is a must! You must be able to do deskbound work, requiring the use of multiple monitors, telephones, computers, and a mouse, and the Knowledge of contact center software (i.e. NICE, In Contact, Five9, 8×8, Talk Desk, etc.), concepts, practices, and procedures.

You are responsible for answering incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service in a professional manner and in a fast-paced environment, meeting KPI goals set by management, providing feedback and suggesting improvements to management to better service our clients, and ability to review, record, and organize data from a variety of sources, ability to adapt and adjust to change in a positive manner, and the ability to work in a 24/7 operation with flexibility for the day, swing, or night schedule.
