As a Unit Manager at Silas Creek Rehab, you will be responsible for facilitating the interdisciplinary team and coordination of care and for residents and patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Practical Nursing program or Associates Degree or above in Nursing (ASN) required.
- Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure required.
- One (1) + years prior supervisory experience a plus
