Persante Health Care is an outsourced provider of Sleep and Balance diagnostics. We partner with multiple hospital systems in their sleep labs throughout the state of Delaware. We are in search of LPNs and Respiratory Therapists who would like to advance their career by becoming a Sleep Technologist!

We are looking for candidates located and/or within driving distance from Dover, De. (All future Sleep Techs may be assigned to work at labs that are within one hour driving distance from their house.)

We are also looking for candidates who have previous night shift experience and are willing to work a Tuesday through Friday schedule (1 Saturday in 4 Rotation).

Candidates must be available to attend a 10 day training program at the Residence Inn in the Dover, DE area from Monday, August 1, 2022 through Friday August 12, 2022, additional information below.

Persante’s Sleep Tech Academy:

Persante is partnered with the Sleep Tech Academy, an accredited institution approved by the AASM (American Academy of Sleep Medicine). If you move forward with this incredible opportunity, you would begin with the 10 Day A-Step Introductory to Sleep Medicine Course, and then would be followed by on the job training while you simultaneously complete online modules towards a certification as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT Credential). Your training period would be under the direct supervision of an RPSGT who will guide you through your new career in Sleep Medicine.

Offers to become a Sleep Tech at Persante would include our 10-day training course and financial assistance in return for a 2 year retention agreement. The training does not include weekends and will be held from Monday-Friday of each week from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Attendees must attend every day of the training program.
