Nightingale Homecare/Infusion/Pharmacy has an immediate opening for an Area Manager, for our Columbus, Georgia Office. This is a full time, salaried position. Nightingale is Georgia’s largest and most experience Home Care provider since 1987.
Great Hours (8:30-5 M-F) No Weekends!
This Position will be a combination of both clinical and coordinating work.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Reports to the Quality Assurance Director
- Manage, and supervise the day to day operations of the office
- Helps manage and maintain clinical standards for the infusion program.
- Reviewing/managing clinical staff credentials
- Assist executive team with addressing and managing complaints and incidents regarding patients or the care provided
- Actively seek out and maintain relationships with referral sources.
- Oversee the tasks of managing schedules of home health nurses, recruitment, and hiring practices
- Manage the patient and employee records on site and electronically
- Ensures patients receive appropriate care as authorized in their care plan
- 10% travel required to meet with case managers in your city
- Other duties as assigned
License and Credential Requirements:
- Active LPN License
- 1-2 years of Administrative work preferred
- Active and valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Current negative TB screening
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Windows, and other applications
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
