The Mission Community Hospital /Family Medicine Residency Program has been newly established to train the next generation of family physicians who are competent to provide comprehensive care to our community. We are looking for two family medicine Faculty that will be attending to train our residents.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Family Medicine residents at outpatient and inpatient setting
- Be a member of the Clinical Competency Committee
- Evaluate family medicine residents based on ACGME Family Medicine Residency Program milestone
- Serve as the faculty advisor for family medicine residents
- Role model patient care at the inpatient and outpatient setting
- Provide educational lecture at residents didactic
- Supervise family medicine residents in quality improvement projects
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid unrestricted medical license in California
- Board certified with American Board of Family Medicine or American Osteopathic board of Family Physicians
- Able to provide care in outpatient and inpatient service
