LPN – 3PM-11PM – PER DIEM or FULL TIME
Maryknoll Fathers and Brothers a non-profit missionary society located in Northern Westchester has a full-time opportunity for an LPN who is compassionate & has an understanding of the aging process with prior experience working in a Nursing Home. A NYS LPN license is required. We are seeking a responsible individual to assure continuity of care, maintain legal documentation of care as required by law and guarantee nursing best practices are followed within defined scope of practice. Collaborates and communicates with DON, Director of Society Personnel Services, other medical staff and Society members to ensure efficient care delivery based on Member’s needs. Supports the Maryknoll vision and mission. Utilizes knowledge of Member’s age and cultural diversity as it relates to the provision of care.
