As a member of the Mobile Crisis Team, the Triage Team Manager is responsible for establishing, administering and providing oversight of the day to day operations of the Mobile Crisis Triage Team. The Triage Team Manager supervises and evaluates the activities of the Triage Team under the direction of the Mobile Crisis Program Director.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or psychology.
  • Must have strong clinical skills and an ability to supervise staff in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have 3 years post master’s experience working with individuals with mental health and behavioral issues, experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities preferred.
  • Knowledge and understanding of recovery principles and recovery driven service system.
  • One year experience in mental health setting providing crisis intervention.
  • Supervisory/ program management experience strongly preferred.
  • Valid CA Driver’s License and must be licensed as an LCSW, LMFT or psychologist.
  • Must be able to obtain appropriate state and federal clearances.
