Foundation for Successful Living is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team and provide services within the Colorado Springs area. Massage Therapists work as independent contractors providing therapeutic massage to individuals on a Medicaid Waiver in the client’s home. The ideal candidate would have experience working with children with Autism and/or medically complex needs and be available to schedule sessions some evenings.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide services in accordance with the policies and requirements of the agency as well as the service arrangements determined in the service plan
- Complete massage sessions in the client’s home. (fuel reimbursement offered)
- Coordinate schedules with families directly and maintain consistency with services.
- Perform massage therapy on clients that is appropriate for the diagnosis and age of the client
- Completion of appropriate service notes regarding service provision each visit. Documentation will contain services provided, date and time in and out, and a confirmation that care was provided.
- Perform only those services that fall within the scope of Massage Therapy licensure
- Maintain proper certification and credentials
- Treats all clients, staff and parents with dignity and respect
- Follow HIPPA policies regarding confidentiality of clients
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 18 years of age
- Demonstrate good judgment & professionalism
- Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to and passion for FSL’s mission
- CPR, First Aid & within the first 30 days of hire
- Current Massage Therapy license in the state of Colorado
- Massage Liability Insurance
