Fishkill Home Care services Dutchess & Putnam. We are seeking a caring, dependable professional who can easily adapt to changes and a fast paced environment.

Full time, part time and per diem work available.

Physical therapy includes therapeutic modalities utilizing physical or mechanical means to relieve pain, develop or restore function and/or maintain maximum performance. Physical therapy shall be provided following physicians orders and the plan of care.

Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of growth and development. Must demonstrate the ability to assess and interpret specific data and demonstrate the communication skills necessary to interpret responses to treatment.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from a two year American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved program for Physical Therapy Assistants. N.Y.S. Certification.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English
