Patient Coordinator/Home Care – Eprine Home Care – Queens, NY

Eprine (Home Care) is seeking a Client Coordinator. This position requires strong computer and typing skills, ability work as a team member, ability to travel to patients homes and provide aide supervision

In order to secure this position you must have the following:

Strong writing and verbal communication skills

Experience with coordinating home care

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

Previous experience in a home care managerial role

Match caregivers from our large employee pool with clients in need of services

Follow up with clients by phone to ensure high levels of service are provided, escalating any concerns to your supervisor

Problem solve challenging client schedules

Monitor caregiver performance, escalating any concerns

Must be willing to be on call

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Home care: 1 year (Required)
  • HHA Exchange: 1 year (Required)
  • Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Spanish (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Required)
