Villa at Lincoln Park, located in Racine, is accepting applications for an experienced RN MDS/Restorative Manager We are offering a $10,000 sign on bonus!!! You must have a valid RN license and previous MDS experience to be considered. We look forward to talking with you!

As a RN MDS Manager you will better the lives of others by coordinating the development and implementation of all resident plans of care in accordance with State and Federal regulations and facility policies.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN licensure for WI
  • Working knowledge of the MDS process and assessment information necessary for billing Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, and VA
  • Past experience with Restorative Nursing
