Front Desk Responsibilities:
- Superior Customer Service
- Answering phone calls and responding to e-mails.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Collecting and recording patients’ personal and medical information.
- Verifying payment methods, including patients’ health insurance coverage/ Insurance verification
- Chiropractic software training will be provided
- Tracking and ordering inventory.
- Multi-Tasking a MUST
- Preparing treatment rooms prior to appointments, as needed.
- Additional responsibilities to be assigned by the Chiropractor.

Chiropractic Assistant Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work evenings and flexible hours when needed
- 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably within a similar setting
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 – $18.00 per hour
