Busy Orthodontic office is searching for an Experienced Orthodontic Treatment and Sales Coordinator to join our growing office.
We are specifically looking for a candidate with outstanding sales skills , personality, and the ability to consistently demonstrate 5-star service. This position is meant for an outgoing person and is NOT an entry level position!
This position requires exceptional customer service and the ability to effectively communicate with patients, family members, and doctors.
Skills and experience for this position include the following:
1). Excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone
2). Developing and maintaining new patient flow and case acceptance
3). Basic computer knowledge and office duties (reports,data entry, phones, etc)
4). Proven ability to maintain new patient’s and recalls.
5). Ability to multi-task, remain calm, and provide sound judgement during busy office hours
6). Accurately submit claims to Insurance plans and Dentaquest and follow through with PAR’s
To qualify for this position you must:
– Have 1+ years of proven sales record
– we prefer 1+ years previous experience in a Dental or Orthodontic office
– Be able to work with a team as well as independently
– Not get frustrated easily
– Be highly organized and detail oriented
– Have a professional appearance and approach to problems
– Possess great communication skills
– willing to travel between 2 locations
– Dolphin software experience a plus
