OT – Description:
The Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position”s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards. The OT functions in accordance with their State Practice Act.
- Masters from an accredited institution {graduate of an accredited OT program}
- OT license to practice in the state or board eligible
- Competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment necessary in
providing occupational therapy.
- must understand and follow policies and procedures of the department and demonstrate compliance
with accreditation and regulatory compliance requirements.
