Non-Medical Home Care Scheduling Coordinator
National Non-Medical Home Care Company is looking for a dynamic scheduling coordinator to join our team! This is a ground floor position to jump in a work closely with the owner and office manager.
This position will epitomize the “jack of all trades” and the individual that is right for this role will be responsible for the following.
- Staffing and scheduling cases
- Assisting with answering phones and providing other office backup as required
- Maintaining client and caregiver files
- Assist with interviewing and hiring caregivers
- Assisting in shared On Call
*Ensuring that employee credentials such as CPR, First Aid, TB tests, driving records and certifications are collected on hire and kept current.
The position requires experience and a strong background in the home healthcare industry. Preference will be given to applicants with staffing and scheduling experience and those experienced in the use of scheduling software. We will only consider candidates with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Home Care Scheduling, this position requires someone close and local to the area. If you have not had experience in this area, please do not respond. This is a full-time opportunity with a shared-on call schedule. Our office is located Stamford, CT.
