Intake Coordinator Home Care / Scheduler Caregiver Position at Avionn Healthcare

Avionn is looking for a dependable, motivated person to join our team!

Seeking an individual who works primarily in the office and is willing and capable to cover in the field if and as needed. Excellent interpersonal skills are required, history as a caregiver/nurse/CNA is preferred.

The Care Coordinator will assist with all agency communication between clients, Caregivers, family members, and other professionals. Must be confident with computer skills, attention to detail, ability to manage confidential information, good phone etiquette, and remain professional at all times.

We are currently offering a $250-sign-on bonus payable after 6 weeks of employment and at least 240 hours of completed work.

Work hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and on-call alternate Sundays and 2 evenings every other week.

Successful candidate must be able to learn, comprehend and execute quickly. Much of what you learn will be on the job training as you grow with Avionn Home Health Care.

Your Daily Responsibilities Include:

  • Scheduling employees, making sure client shifts are covered.
  • Interviewing and hiring new employees,
  • Working on Business Development with referral sources.
  • Take On-Call Shifts, this will include some nights, weekends and holidays on a rotating basis

COVID-19 considerations:
COVID-19 Vaccination is required. Our clients have requested COVID-19 vaccinated Caregivers to be assigned to their homes, therefore we require that all of our staff to be COVID-19 vaccinated.
