Front desk/Patient coordinator
We are looking to hire a front desk coordinator with excellent customer service and sales skills for a part-time/full time position.
The ideal candidate should be:
– energetic, motivated for success, self-starter, collaborate well with the other members of our office – excellent customer service is a must
– schedule appointments, checking patients benefits with the insurances, filling in patients/ demographics
-knowing/learning to use a scanner, fax machine
– billing/learning to bill insurances for the eye exams and glasses related orders
– Sales experience and aptitude is a plus
– learning about contact lenses – computer use for performing various tasks related to Electronic Medical Records (training available), OfficeMate/Crystal PM experience is a plus but not mandatory – excited about learning new things related with the patients eye care, to have, or interested to obtain, to grow as an optician /professional certifications
– professional advancement in the field as an optician
– on the job training will be available as needed for very motivated employees
Employment on Contract available
