Heart and Vascular Care is looking for an experienced Medical Assistant to join our team of caring individuals to assist with the courteous care of our patients. Fast paced practice with multiple office locations. Looking for proficient personnel who strive for quality patient care, patient satisfaction and are fast learners and want to grow with a fast growing company. .
Must be able to multitask and handle multiple phone calls.
Duties Include, but are not limited to:
– Greeting patients.
– Taking vital signs, performing EKGs, updating medication lists, verifying allergies and updating electronic medical record.
– Check in/Check out for appointments and testing.
– Building charts/rooming patients for doctor/patient visit.
– Answer/triage phone calls.
– Retrieve records, lab and testing results for MD review.
This will include traveling to a few different office locations, with mileage and tolls reimbursed.
Locations of offices:
Orlando (Semoran/Colonial); Waterford Lakes (Lake Underhill/Rouse); Kissimmee (Magnolia Street); and Longwood (SR 434).
Candidate must be bilingual (fully fluent) in English and Spanish. Inability to travel need not apply.

Pay: $14.00 – $18.00 per hour
