Manager – Clinic Patient Accounts – MercyOne – Waterloo, IA

Oversees the day-to-day operations of the medical group patient accounts department. Directs and coordinates the activities of personnel responsible for patient accounts. Adheres to MercyOne’s performance expectations and performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of MercyOne.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Accounting.

Minimum of 4 years healthcare patient accounting experience, including management experience required.

Ability to assimilate facts, analyze and make sound decisions; ability to resolve conflict and work with a diverse group of people; detail oriented; work with a large degree of in dependence; excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
