As we grow, we are seeking an experienced Sales leader to join our team. You will coach and mentor a team of Account Executives to ensure success and scaling in the organization. You will have the opportunity to advance your career as the company grows.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to create and train the sales qualification process
- Roll up your sleeves and help your reps close business
- Hire and train high-performing salespeople according to company values and methodology
- Coach and mentor AEs to consistent performance through 1:1’s, coaching, team trainings, goal setting, performance management, and servant leadership principles
- Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members, deliver reviews, and track sales team metrics and report data on a regular basis
- Work with sales leadership to generate ideas for contests and motivational initiatives
- Lead and schedule weekly and/or monthly team meetings
- Meet or exceed revenue goals through the activities of direct reports
- Implement performance plans according to company procedures
- Ensure the correct usage of CRM and other sales applications, and train and ensure adherence to the sales process
- Collaborate with functional leaders to eliminate friction in the sales cycle through standardization of policies and procedures
Requirements
- 2+ years of Account Executive management experience
- 2+ years of Sales Management experience in a SaaS organization
- Experience selling SaaS to Healthcare industries strongly preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM and sales development tools a plus
- Passion for learning and coaching
- Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor
- Have a strong understanding of how to sell SaaS platforms to drive measurable business outcomes to companies
- A successful track record of milestone achievement, operational excellence and strong cross-functional skills
- Experience leading and growing highly functioning teams
