Salary: $275,000 – $350,000 per year

We are a privately owned SaaS, with a distributed workforce and employees mostly in Central and Eastern time zone.

As we grow, we are seeking an experienced Sales leader to join our team. You will coach and mentor a team of Account Executives to ensure success and scaling in the organization. You will have the opportunity to advance your career as the company grows.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to create and train the sales qualification process
  • Roll up your sleeves and help your reps close business
  • Hire and train high-performing salespeople according to company values and methodology
  • Coach and mentor AEs to consistent performance through 1:1’s, coaching, team trainings, goal setting, performance management, and servant leadership principles
  • Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members, deliver reviews, and track sales team metrics and report data on a regular basis
  • Work with sales leadership to generate ideas for contests and motivational initiatives
  • Lead and schedule weekly and/or monthly team meetings
  • Meet or exceed revenue goals through the activities of direct reports
  • Implement performance plans according to company procedures
  • Ensure the correct usage of CRM and other sales applications, and train and ensure adherence to the sales process
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to eliminate friction in the sales cycle through standardization of policies and procedures

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Account Executive management experience
  • 2+ years of Sales Management experience in a SaaS organization
  • Experience selling SaaS to Healthcare industries strongly preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM and sales development tools a plus
  • Passion for learning and coaching
  • Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor
  • Have a strong understanding of how to sell SaaS platforms to drive measurable business outcomes to companies
  • A successful track record of milestone achievement, operational excellence and strong cross-functional skills
  • Experience leading and growing highly functioning teams
