Currently hiring part- and full-time employees for the following regions:

Casselberry location – 148 Wilshire Blvd.

  • Starting pay will be $18/hour and can range up to $25/hour. More information can be provided during the interview.
  • All RBTs will receive Performance Evaluations every 6 months with an opportunity for a pay increase.
  • Must submit two valid references from a current/previous employer or other professional (e.g., professor, coworker, etc.)
  • You will receive a $500 sign-on bonus if you have been an RBT for 6 months or more – payable after 90-days of employment.

Qualifications:

  • BACB Registered Behavior Technician – Camen can help with certification
    • Please note becoming an RBT is a 3-step process: 1) RBT- 40-hour course, 2) Competency Assessment, 3) RBT Exam
  • Reliable Transportation – will be driving to multiple homes throughout the week
  • Education: High School Diploma or higher.
  • Must pass criminal background check
  • Computer Skills: Strong internet and technology skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized programs for children and young adults
  • Manage inappropriate behaviors with the use of ABA principles
  • Ongoing supervision with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs)
  • Facilitate interactions with families
  • Keep the children motivated to learn through preference assessments
  • Have fun with our clients while teaching them the skills that they need
  • Other duties assigned as needed

Physical requirements:

  • Must be able to lift a minimum weight of 30 pounds
  • Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be willing and able to engage in quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Intervention Plan while working with children with challenging behaviors
