Responsibilities Include:
The Certified Dietary Manager interacts within the Dietary discipline to assure quality nutrition is provided within policies and parameters defined by the state guidelines. Duties include preparation, sanitation, maintenance, and quality control of kitchen and food.
Qualifications:
· High School diploma or equivalent preferred
· Must have Dietary Manager certificate
· Cook experience required
· ServSafe or related certification preferred
· LTC/SNF experience preferred
