Requirements….

*Minimum* of 5 years of talent acquisition and talent sourcing in a healthcare setting; healthcare education experience preferred

Bachelor’s degree

Broad multi-channel sourcing experience (virtual career fairs, external events)

Well-developed healthcare market networks

Proven ability to prioritize and deliver results in rapidly changing and fast paced environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and attention to detail

Strong business acumen and learning agility

Adept in Microsoft Office Suite
