Acts Home Health is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the position of Clinical Manager for our new Medicare Certified Home Health Agency that serves two of our beautiful, gated communities in Boca Raton, FL.

In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of all resident care provided within the agency. Utilizes leadership skills to coordinate resident care services, serves as resident advocate, facilitates and ensures communication/collaboration among all agency team members.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Current state license as Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum of two years’ home health experience
- Prior knowledge and experience with Medicare
- Strong clinical assessment and case management skills
