We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses to work at our Arcadia Retirement Residence & 15 Craigside locations.
Both positions require flexibility to work any day of the week including weekends.
Arcadia Retirement Residence– Health Care Center Department. Full Time (40 hrs. per week), from 8:00am to 4:00pm.
Arcadia Retirement Residence– Health Care Center Department. Full Time (40 hrs. per week), from 4:00pm to 12:00am.
15 Craigside– Health Care Center Department. Full Time (40 hrs. per week). Flexibility to work between the hours of 4:00pm to 12:00am and 12:00am to 8:00am and any day of the week including weekends.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provides nursing services in accordance with applicable regulations, policies and guidelines to foster the highest degree of quality care for all residents
- Monitors nursing care and treatment administered to residents
- Participates in admissions, discharges and evaluations materials/ processes for all residents to meet state and federal requirements
- Oversees medication administration
- Communicates effectively with Health Care Management staff, physicians, and other healthcare providers regarding orders, nursing services and changes in residents’ conditions
- Participates in training and orientation of new employees
- Supervises up to 5+ employees in the Health Care Department, and assures effective performance of LPNs and CNAs
The Successful Applicant must have:
- Nursing experience in long term care preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university and a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current State of Hawaii RN license
- First Aid & CPR certification
