Who we need:
The Lead CSED Waiver Service Support Facilitator will provide training, direction and manage staff regarding the achievement of service deliverables related to eligibility CSED Waiver assessments. The Lead SSF will provide general supervision, coordinate inter-rater reliability functions, establish and/or refine team policies and procedures, and handle provider and contractor relations.

What you’ll do:
- Provide operational oversight to ensure contract deliverables are achieved related to SSF and other functions
- Develop, maintain and/or refine operational guidelines
- Provide leadership and supervision to staff
- Review performance measures and problem-solve to improve deliverables, when necessary 5) Develop and conduct inter-rater reliability activities with staff
- Manage and oversee the CSED Waiver eligibility processes and reports including liaison with Medical Eligibility Contract Agent, completing monthly reports, manage slots released, process special requests related to eligibility
- Other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need:
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, or psychology
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in assessment and prior leadership and/or supervisory experience.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft software, Excel.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Must possess knowledge of the CSED Waiver program policies and procedures, be organized and efficient, have effective and professional written and verbal communication skills, and be flexible and willing to learn new skills/tasks.
