Conduent is hiring several Onsite Healthcare Customer Service Reps.


No weekends!


Hours: 9am – 5:30pm


Pay 17.50/ 18.50 for Bilingual Candidates


Job Summary:

The Conduent Patient Access Solutions group is nationally recognized for its planning, content, and process expertise in the design and management of compliant, streamlined reimbursement and patient assistance programs. The Conduent Patient Access Solutions group is dedicated to delivering the highest-quality, leading-edge services so patients can experience the best possible medical outcomes.

The Institutional Patient Access Specialist strives to eliminate barriers to patient assistance provided in obtaining medications for complex and rare medical conditions. The Institutional Patient Access Specialist, reporting to the Program Manager or Supervisor, navigates institutional eligibility criteria, performs administrative functions and interacts with key stakeholders in a call-center environment.

Institutional Patient Access Specialists require personal integrity, strong empathy, a high level of accuracy and superb attention to detail.


Key Job Responsibilities:

(Duties may include, but not limited to all or some of the following)

  • Ensure timely completion and documentation of day-to-day work activities
  • Accurately enters facility enrollments for approval, denial or rejection
  • Verify and process electronic or manual replenishment requests
  • Assist Patients/HCP with completing enrollment application
  • Handle and resolve patient/HCP inquiries
  • Troubleshoot internal processes, caller and customer issues
  • Communicate with facilities to review exception reports and resolve program issues
  • Act as liaison between program and distribution center
  • Maintain spreadsheets for monthly reports
  • Meet department customer service and call standards
  • Troubleshoot order issues
  • Print, mail or fax program correspondence
  • Validate facility licensing
  • Process facility inbound correspondence
  • Perform clerical duties: filing, faxing, shredding, etc.
  • Participate in department meetings
  • Perform ad-hoc projects for management
  • Create and draft program letters as needed
  • Training and Review on program/product modules


Job Qualifications:


Education:

  • High School degree or equivalent required


Experience:

  • 2+ years in customer service, pharmaceutical, medical, insurance, call center, or related similar field
  • 1+ year in PAP( Patient Assistance Programs) preferred, but not required!
