Fulltime Charge Nurse and Fulltime Medication Aide

Job duties for Charge Nurse:

Charge Nurse LPN or RN

• Evaluate residents

• Manage appointments

• Communication via phone or fax to DR or specialty clinics

• Insulin Administration

• Medication Administration

• Delegation to UAPS

• Complete Doctor orders

• Follow up on resident and cares

• Monthly documentation

Full time Medication Aide:

• Assisting Resident with Activities of Daily Living

• Medication Administration

• Individual work

• Testing Resident Blood Sugar

• Light Housekeeping

• Becoming apart of our family atmosphere

• Varied Health cares

• Complete Delegations given by LPN or RN
