This is a role that is key for service delivery within the full scope of Mental Health Clinical Services provided onsite and in the community. The position is designed to help you truly make a difference in the lives of the people that are served improving both quality of life and independence for those members.
What will you do
The Clinical Supervisor under the supervision of the Corporate Clincal Director oversees the access to care process and assists in the coordination of the overall performance and routine of all clinical staff both on site and in the field. You will assist in maintaining full access to care by monitoring services that are provided to ensure they fall within regulation and guideline, while providing the essential needs to the members. You will help to identify concerns and barriers not only to access of care but also resistance to care. You will do this by making meaningful connections to staff and ensure that utilization management of activities falls in line with ethical care and treatment of those we serve.
Additionally you will have the opportunity to participate in team meetings and treatment planning, with participating in therapy of members both formally and informally. Ensuring that all authorizations are accurate and complete, you will be vital in overall process of service delivery and reimbursement, helping to move Pathways to Life, Inc. forward as a premier service provider throughout the communities we serve. You will work in coordination with leadership to ensure licensing of staff and organization is maintained and up to date., while assisting the Clinical Director in overall management of sites and staffing.
Qualifications to join a winning team

- Master level degreed in a Human Service Field or similar
- Hold a minimum of two(2) years full time experience working within Human Services, preferably Mental Health
- Hold licensure fully or provisionally to provide therapeutic services within NC
Required Certification/License: LCSW, LCSW-A, LCMHC, LCMHC-A, LMFT, LMFT-A
This role may serve multiple offices in with travel required between the Greensboro, Durham and Selma area, being home based in the office that is closest to the individuals home.
