Equilibria Psychological and Consultation Services is a well-established practice with Philadelphia (Society Hill and Fishtown) and Willow Grove locations, with remote positions available, as well. We are seeking licensed therapists specialized in OCD who want to join a growing practice of experienced clinicians. Please include any sex therapy (or related) degrees, certificates, and trainings.
We want to empower and support clinicians in doing the work that they love, in their area of expertise, and with the clients that they most enjoy working with!
Our team of highly trained clinicians meet regularly for various peer consultation groups, support one another through informal consultations, enjoy spending time together socially (in-person or virtually), and have access to clinical guidance from the leadership team, when needed, as well!

Requirements
- Three (3) years experience providing therapy
- PA License (Psychologist, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) before starting (interview process can be initiated beforehand)
- Some evening or weekend availability
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in outpatient settings
- Flexibility to work some evenings and/or weekends
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current credentialing with major insurers in the area (a plus but not a necessity)
