SCHEDULE

We have an opening for a full-time or part-time positions that would be responsible for providing excellent massage services and upselling our benefits program, enhancements and retail offerings during peak times, including weekends, weekdays, and some weekday evenings.

What we offer:

We offer a very competitive pay structure to our Massage Therapist team. Depending upon your skill set, hours worked, and your ability to create strong, long-lasting guest relationships, you can earn up to $30,000 to $55,000 or more per year. Some details about our compensation structure are as follows:

$30 – $55 per 60-Minute session, (estimates include typical gratuity)
Commission paid

RESPONSIBILITIES

Massage Services

Provide excellent massage services to each and every client.
Maintain cleanliness of treatment room and supplies.
Provides massage services in a timely manner.
Upsell benefits program, enhancements and retail offerings.
Works with front desk to prebook clients for additional visits.
Have a friendly, welcoming presence.
Maintain thorough and accurate SOAP notes.

Teamwork

Work effectively and positively with massage therapist and sales teams
Assist with laundry and break-room cleanliness.
Must have excellent team mentality
