Job Description
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and assist with taking and recording resident vital signs. As our CNA, you will collaborate with your team and assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents and their families. You will be responsible to treat everyone with dignity, respect, compassion and integrity. We expect our CNAs will model a positive and professional image that represents Windsor’s missions and values.
Required (Must have):
- CNA certification with a successful completion of a CNA program.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Good physical health to lift and move patients, and/or stand for long periods of time
- Compassion toward residents and their families
Preferred:
- Previous Nursing Assistant, experience or direct care to multiple patients/residents
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
- Current valid CPR certification
- Experience with PCC
