We are seeking a full-time Nurse Case Manager to work in our Telephonic Case Management (TCM) Unit assigned to single customer dedicated team. This is a home-office based position. This individual is responsible for telephonic case management of work related injuries which includes assessment, planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of injured/disabled individuals. The Case Manager works with insurance carriers, medical care providers, attorneys, employers and employees, and closely monitors the progress of the injured worker and reports results back to the employer and insurance carrier.

Job Requirements:

  • RN licensure in CA required
  • Current (RN) compact state licensure required
  • CCM Certification preferred, or ability to obtain within 1 year of employment
  • National Certification a plus
  • Case Management experience required
  • Experience managing Workers Comp claims required
  • 5 years prior TCM experience preferred
  • Full-time; traditional Monday-Friday business hours
  • Strong team and collaborative skills
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent PC and technology skills
  • Excellent communication skills- written, verbal and interpersonal
