We are seeking a Full-Time Manager, Clinician/Therapist to join our team! You will provide staff supervision and services in a peer supported environment that serves adult clients with severe and persistent mental health challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental health challenges
- Able to assess and diagnose severe and persistent Axis I symptoms
- Provide prevention-oriented therapy
- Assess and diagnosis
- Implement and review treatment plans
- Collaborate with additional treatment providers and community agencies
- Provide QA note review to ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
- Guide and train staff according to Compliance Plan and Quality Improvement policies.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Professional Clinical Counselor
- At least 2 years of management experience
- Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
- Familiarity with community mental health resources and MediCal billing
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to use an electronic health record
Other Requirements:
- California Drivers must have Clean DMV (no more than 2 points) and Auto insurance
- Background check required
- ANSA Certification

Established in 2008, initially as a Wellness Center, Manzanita Services Inc. is a non-profit, peer supported wellness and recovery organization for people living with severe and persistent behavioral health challenges. We provide therapeutic behavioral health services as well as education classes, support groups, peer counseling, care management and other activities that support wellness.
