Position Summary

The role of the Clinical Value Analyst reports to the Vice President of Strategic Sourcing. This position is responsible for working collaboratively with the Materials Manager, Department Directors, and clinical staff to assist with the development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive procurement strategy that optimizes quality, minimizes costs, and integrates individual department goals with WRMS objectives. This position may have access to medications, needles, and syringes. This position will spend 60% of the time Standing and/or walking and 40% sitting.

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduated from accredited RN/LPN nursing program
  • Licensure and Certifications: Arkansas RN or LPN license
  • Experience: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others in the accomplishment of goals and projects. Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently without direct supervision. Knowledge of materials management, computerized inventory systems and healthcare-related buying/procurement usually acquired through a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience. Advanced analytical, decision-making, and communication skills
