Summary: Growing and dynamic healthcare staffing technology company with significant growth YOY for past four years, needs an experienced trainer who can train our internal account managers on how to optimally use our systems and processes. This trainer must be able to develop and improve, regularly, the training materials used with both new hires and with retraining current account managers. Reporting to the Director of Account Management, you must be a people-person, exceptionally organized, a quick learner of softwares and systems, a great communicator and presenter, and a creative problem-solver. You will interact daily with management and work with our entire team of account managers and technologists to create and present new training materials. We roll out new technology for the account management team on a weekly basis, and the trainer must be fluent in every piece of technology and in every system we use in order to be able to assist the account managers on a daily basis, or as needed. This is a high-growth, fast-moving company, and we need a vibrant, positive, highly competent and extremely detailed individual to handle this key role. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a high-volume business. The nursing field is booming as 10,000 baby boomers retire each day and many eventually require nursing assistance. Our business is scaling along with the industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Understand all current systems, technologies and processes employed by company, and used by our Account Management team.

Design and Develop a revised curriculum, including all content required, for training internal team members, and new hires. [Training materials may include PPT’s, video, audio, tests, etc.]

Interview new candidates for the Account Management team; administer tests in interviews, when candidates are considered potential hires.

Train, on a daily basis, all new and current account management team members on how to use all current and new technologies, systems and processes.

Collaborate with management team to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions that are both leader-led and employee-empowered approaches to training.

*We are looking for someone who is comfortable shifting back to work full-time/on-site in our newly renovated office location in Newark, NJ by end of November 2021. We will be a vaccinated office. This is not a work-from-home position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
