Title: Rapid Response Float Pool – LPN

Guaranteed Hours: 40hours

Pay rate: Up to $3000/week
Job Requirements:
- Now only taking candidates from outside the state of CO.
- Need someone who is extremely reliable and flexible.
- LPN for Rapid Response pool.
- Must be flexible to shift and able to move to any facility within CO with a 24-48hr notice.
- 40 hr guarantee, but can work up to 48hrs/week, open to any shift.
- May be placed anywhere in CO, SNF type facilities. Must be extremely reliable.
- Need to function as a CNA if asked.
- Rate is all inclusive (no mileage/housing/etc.) Additional performance-based bonuses are being instituted.
- COVID vaccine required (at least 1 dose prior to start)
